As part of its nomination for the Ulysse Prize 2026, awarded by the Association for Corporate Turnaround (ARE), Supratec welcomed a film crew at the start of the year to produce a video highlighting its transformation journey.
This video offers an immersion into the heart of the company, revisiting the key stages of the corporate turnaround and the structural choices that enabled Supratec to regain a growth trajectory:
- the commitment to reposition the group around its high value-added expertise,
- the structuring and rationalisation work carried out to strengthen overall performance,
- and the importance placed on people in this transformation.
Through Yoann Hébert’s testimony, President of Supratec, the video highlights a central conviction: the teams’ commitment has enabled the company to change profoundly. Collective mobilisation, adaptability and a results-driven culture are key drivers of this success.
It also emphasises how Supratec has been able to reaffirm its positioning with its industrial clients and partners by strengthening the quality of its offerings and consolidating its technical know-how.
